Healthcare Trust, Inc. ("HTI" or the "Company") today announced the launch of a proposed underwritten public offering of 1,400,000 shares of its Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock"), pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-11 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission"). The underwriters are expected to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 210,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock. The shares of Series A Preferred Stock have been approved for listing on The Nasdaq Global Market. -updated 12/5- Healthcare Trust, Inc. ("HTI" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,400,000 shares of its 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock") at a public offering price of $25.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 210,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock. The shares of Series A Preferred Stock have been approved for listing and are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market on December 11, 2019 under the symbol "HTIA." The Series A Preferred Stock will have a $25.00 liquidation preference per share. |
