American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) (the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its Series G Preferred Shares. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the Series G Preferred Shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The Company intends to apply to list the Series G Preferred Shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AMHPRG." -updated 7/10- American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) (the "Company") today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 4,600,000 of its 5.875% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares (the "Series G Preferred Shares") raising gross proceeds of approximately $115 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. The Series G Preferred Shares have an initial liquidation preference of $25 per share. The offering is expected to close on July 17, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company intends to apply to list the Series G Preferred Shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AMHPRG." If the application is approved, the Company expects trading to commence within 30 days after initial delivery of the Series G Preferred Shares. |
