Corporation (NYSE: FNB) (the "Company" or "F.N.B.") today announced the pricing of a public offering of 4.0 million depositary shares, each representing a 1/40th interest in a share of its 7.25% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E at a public offering price of $25.00 per depositary share. The offering is expected to close on November 1, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 600,000 of depositary shares on the same terms and conditions. |
