Prospectus excerpt: We are offering $200,000,000 principal amount of 7.75% Senior Notes due 2039 (the "notes"). Interest on the notes will accrue from June 3, 2009 and will be paid quarterly in arrears on March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15 of each year, commencing on September 15, 2009. The notes will mature on June 15, 2039. We may redeem the notes in whole or in part on or after June 15, 2014 at our option at a redemption price equal to 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date of redemption, as described under "Description of the Notes?Optional Redemption" on page S-10.
