In trading on Tuesday, shares of Royal Bank of Canada (Montreal, Quebec)'s Non-Cumulative First Preferred Shares Series AC (TSE:RY.PRC.CA) were yielding above the 5% mark based on its quarterly dividend (annualized to $1.15), with shares changing hands as low as $22.55 on the day. As of last close, RY.PRC.CA was trading at a 6.52% discount to its liquidation preference amount.
