Looking at the underlying holdings of the ETFs in our coverage universe at ETF Channel, we have compared the trading price of each holding against the average analyst 12-month forward target price, and computed the weighted average implied analyst target price for the ETF itself. For the Direxion Daily Cloud Computing Bull 2X Shares ETF (NYSE:CLDL), we found that the implied analyst target price for the ETF based upon its underlying holdings is $11.97 per unit. With CLDL trading at a recent price near $10.69 per unit, that means that analysts see 11.95% upside for this ETF looking through to the average analyst targets of the underlying holdings. Three of CLDL's underlying holdings with notable upside to their analyst target prices are Freshworks Inc (NASDAQ:FRSH), AvePoint Inc (NASDAQ:AVPT), and C3.ai Inc (NYSE:AI). Although FRSH has traded at a recent price of $18.02/share, the average analyst target is 41.51% higher at $25.50/share. Similarly, AVPT has 29.51% upside from the recent share price of $8.03 if the average analyst target price of $10.40/share is reached, and analysts on average are expecting AI to reach a target price of $29.17/share, which is 16.57% above the recent price of $25.02.
