Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the "Company") today announced the pricing of an offering (the "Offering") of 6,000,000 Depositary Shares, each representing a 1/400th ownership interest in a share of its 6.875% Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series A, par value $10.00 per share ("Series A preferred stock"), with a liquidation preference of $10,000 per share of Series A preferred stock (equivalent to $25 per Depositary Share), at an aggregate offering price of $150 million. In connection with the Offering, the Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 900,000 Depositary Shares. |
