(Texas Capital) (NASDAQ:TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital Bank, today announced the pricing of a public offering of 6,000,000 shares, or $150 million in aggregate liquidation preference, of its 6.5% non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock, Series A, par value $.01. The preferred stock has a liquidation preference of $25 per share (the "Preferred Stock"). Texas Capital expects to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes.

Texas Capital Bancshares is a bank holding company and a financial holding company. Through its subsidiary, Texas Capital Bank, National Association, Co. serves commercial businesses, personnel and entrepreneurs located in Texas. Co. provides a range of products and services, including commercial loans, real estate term and construction loans, mortgage finance lending, equipment leasing, treasury management services, wealth management and trust services, letters of credit, and business deposit products including commercial checking accounts, lockbox accounts and cash concentration accounts. At Dec 31 2016, Co. had total assets of $21.70 billion and deposits of $17.02 billion.
