Preferred Stock Offering Details: Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc. ("Sabra" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:SBRA) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares, or $125.0 million, of 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series A Preferred Stock") at a price of $25.00 per share, pursuant to an effective registration statement. The Company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of its Series A Preferred Stock. The offering of 5,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock is expected to close on March 21, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.

Sabra Health Care REIT operates as a real estate investment trust that, through its subsidiaries, owns and invests in real estate serving the healthcare industry. Co. acquires, finances and owns real estate property to be leased to third party tenants in the healthcare sector using triple-net operating leases. Co.'s investment portfolio is comprised of skilled nursing/transitional care facilities, senior housing facilities, acute care hospitals, debt investments and preferred equity investments. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s investment portfolio consisted of 180 real estate properties held for investment, 17 investments in loans receivable and 10 preferred equity investments.
