(Texas Capital) (NASDAQ:TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital Bank, today announced the pricing of a public offering of 6,000,000 shares, or $150 million in aggregate liquidation preference, of its 6.5% non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock, Series A, par value $.01. The preferred stock has a liquidation preference of $25 per share (the "Preferred Stock"). Texas Capital expects to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes. |

Through its subsidiary, Texas Capital Bank, Co. serves commercial businesses and personnel and entrepreneurs located in Texas as well as operates several lines of business serving a regional or national clientele of commercial borrowers.
