Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment is an advertising-supported video-on-demand (AVOD) company, with three AVOD streaming services: Redbox, Crackle and Chicken Soup for the Soul. Co. operates Redbox Free Live TV, a free ad-supported streaming television service with various channels as well as a transactional video-on-demand service. Screen Media Ventures, LLC, a subsidiary of Co., manages one of its owned television and film libraries consisting of various films and television episodes. Chicken Soup for the Soul Television Group houses Co.'s film and television production activities and produces or co-produces content for Crackle Plus as well as content for other third-party networks.
