On or after September 7, 2017 we, at our option, may redeem Series C Shares, in whole or from time to time in part, at a redemption price, or the Redemption Price, payable in cash, equal to $2,500.00 per Series C Share (or $25.00 per Depositary Share) plus accumulated and unpaid distributions, whether or not declared, to, but not including, the date of redemption, or the Redemption Right. Each date fixed for redemption pursuant to this paragraph is called a Redemption Date.
