Prospectus excerpt: We are offering 1,400,000 shares of our 5.375% Series A Preferred Stock, Cumulative, No Par Value (Liquidation Value $25 Per Share) (the “Series A Preferred Stock”). We may redeem shares of the Series A Preferred Stock at the times and the prices described in this prospectus supplement. Dividends on the Series A Preferred Stock will be cumulative from the date of issuance and will be payable quarterly on January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 of each year, beginning January 15, 2020, when, as and if declared by our Board of Directors. Dividends on the Series A Preferred Stock will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months, and with respect to any period less than a full dividend period, on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during such period.
