Financial 15 Split is a mutual fund corporation. Co.'s investment objectives are to provide holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends of C$0.04375 per preferred share to yield 5.25% per annum on the original issue price of the preferred shares, and regular monthly cash dividends initially targeted to be C$0.10 per capital share to yield 8% per annum on the original issue price of class A shares; and to pay the preferred shareholders the original issue price of C$10 and the class A shareholders at least the original issue price of C$15 on Dec. 1, 2015.
