(the “Fund,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is offering 4,000,000 shares of 5.00% Series K Cumulative Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Series K Preferred Shares”). The Series K Preferred Shares will constitute a separate series of the Fund’s preferred stock. Investors in Series K Preferred Shares will be entitled to receive cumulative cash dividends at a rate of 5.00% per annum. Dividends and distributions on Series K Preferred Shares will be payable quarterly on March 26, June 26, September 26 and December 26 in each year commencing on March 26, 2020 (or, if any such day is not a business day, then on the next succeeding business day).
