Prospectus excerpt: From and including the date of issuance, interest will accrue on the PINES (also referred to as the Senior Notes) at a rate of 7.75% per annum. Interest will accrue from July 6, 2010. Interest will be payable quarterly in arrears on each January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 of each year, commencing on October 15, 2010. Unless we redeem the Senior Notes earlier, they will mature on July 15, 2050. The Senior Notes will be issued in denominations of $25 and integral multiples thereof. The Senior Notes will constitute our direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations ranking pari passu without any preference among themselves, with all our other outstanding unsecured and unsubordinated obligations, present and future, except such obligations as are preferred by operation of law. We may redeem the Senior Notes at 100% of their principal amount plus accrued interest, if any, in whole or in part, at any time on or after July 15, 2015, or in whole but not in part at any time upon the occurrence of certain tax changes described in this prospectus supplement and accompanying prospectus.
