Prospectus excerpt:  The Series N Junior Subordinated Debentures (the “Junior Subordinated Debentures”) will bear interest at 5.65% per year. NextEra Energy Capital Holdings, Inc. (“NEE Capital”) will pay interest quarterly on the Junior Subordinated Debentures on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year, beginning June 1, 2019. The Junior Subordinated Debentures will be issued in denominations of? $25 and integral multiples thereof. The Junior Subordinated Debentures will mature on March 1, 2079. NEE Capital, at its option, may redeem the Junior Subordinated Debentures at the times and prices described in this prospectus supplement.
