The Class F preferred stock will not be redeemable before February 15, 2017, except under circumstances intended to preserve our status as a real estate investment trust for federal and/or state income tax purposes and except as described below upon the occurrence of a Change of Control (as defined). Beginning February 15, 2017, we may, at our option, redeem any or all of the shares of the Class F preferred stock at $25.00 per share plus any accrued and unpaid dividends.
