TDb Split is a mutual fund corporation. Co.'s investment objectives are: (i) to provide holders of Priority Equity shares with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in an amount of C$0.04375 per Priority Equity share to yield 5.25% per annum on the original issue price; (ii) to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be C$0.05 per Class A share to yield 6.0% per annum on the original issue price; and (iii) to return the original issue price on or about Dec. 1, 2014. As of Nov 30 2010, Co.'s total investment was valued at C$19,721,610 and the total assets was amounted at C$22,809,511.
